LOCKED rewards are simple: earn points on every order, redeem them for credit at checkout. Here's exactly how the points and tiers work.

LOCKED rewards are built to be transparent — no confusing point math, no expiring gotchas. Here's the whole model in one place.
Earning
You earn 4 points for every $1 of merchandise on a completed order. Points post once your order is paid, and they're tracked in your account under Rewards.
The conversion
100 points = $1 in LOCKED credit. That makes the base program a clean 4% back on everything you order — reward value you can calculate in your head.
Tiers multiply your rate
Membership tiers in The LOCKED Circle raise your earn rate:
- Unlocked (free) — 4 points per $1 (4% back)
- Locked In — 1.25× (5% back)
- Fully Locked — 1.5× (6% back)
- Ironclad — 2× (8% back)
The more you research with LOCKED, the faster your points accrue.
Redeeming
From your account's Rewards tab, redeem points for a reward:
- $5 credit — 500 points
- $10 credit — 1,000 points
- Free shipping — 1,500 points
- $20 credit — 2,000 points
- $50 credit — 5,000 points
Redeeming issues a one-time code you apply at checkout. Simple to earn, simple to spend — the way a rewards program should be.
