Program description
LOCKED ("we," "us") offers an SMS program that sends order confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, and customer-service replies to customers who opt in. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box at checkout and providing your mobile number, or by texting our support number first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order and support activity.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. LOCKED does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Cancel
Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Text START to re-subscribe.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
