What is LOCKED RUO PEPTIDES?

LOCKED RUO PEPTIDES lists research compounds, partner plans, stock moves, subscriptions, products, and requests, with clear details on 87 pages.

What does "Research Use Only" mean?

Research Use Only (RUO) is a regulatory classification: LOCKED products are intended solely for laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices; they have not been evaluated by the FDA; and they are not for use in or on humans or animals. RUO describes the intended setting — the bench — and makes no claim about safety or effect.

Are LOCKED products for human or veterinary use?

No. Every LOCKED compound is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal consumption or clinical application. The purchaser is solely responsible for lawful, appropriate use of all materials.

Is every batch third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is characterized by accredited third-party laboratories using RP-HPLC (purity) and mass spectrometry (identity), and each batch has its own Certificate of Analysis. The analytical reports travel with your order.

How do I verify a Certificate of Analysis?

Use the Verification page and enter the batch or lot number printed on your vial label or order confirmation. Both resolve to the same Certificate of Analysis for that specific material.

What purity standard does LOCKED hold?

Purity is reported per batch as an exact figure measured by RP-HPLC — never a range — alongside a mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. Our analytical baseline targets high purity, with the specific figure stated on each batch's certificate.

How are orders packaged and shipped?

Orders are cold-chain packed with insulated packaging and cold packs sized to the transit window, shipped securely, and provided with tracking. Storage conditions for each batch are documented on its certificate.

How long until my order ships?

In-stock orders are processed promptly during business days; you'll receive tracking once your order is on its way. Processing and transit times are shown at checkout and in your confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Availability varies by destination and applicable regulations. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws governing the import and research use of these materials.

How do LOCKED rewards work?

You earn 4 points for every $1 of merchandise on paid orders, and 100 points = $1 in LOCKED credit (a 4% base rate, up to 8% by membership tier). Redeem points from your account's Rewards tab for a one-time code you apply at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. A verified LOCKED account is required to check out. Creating one takes seconds and includes a brief Research-Use-Only acknowledgement, plus lets you track orders, retrieve certificates, and manage your researcher profile.

How should research peptides be stored?

As a general guideline, lyophilized peptides are stored at -20°C or colder, kept desiccated, and protected from light, with minimal freeze-thaw cycling. Always follow the storage conditions stated on the batch's Certificate of Analysis.

What is your return policy?

Because these are sensitive research materials, returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our team promptly and we'll make it right.
