How it works

Every paid order earns 4 points per $1 of product. Points post the moment payment clears.
Climb
Lifetime points move you up the tiers, and each tier multiplies everything you earn from then on. Your lifetime total never falls.
Redeem
100 points = $1. Apply them straight to an order at checkout, or trade them for a reward below. Your points never expire.
What points buy
Cash them in whenever you like.
Redeeming issues a one-time code tied to your account. Or skip the catalogue entirely and apply points straight to an order at checkout — 100 points for every $1 off.
The fine print
Points are earned on merchandise after discounts, and post once payment clears. Shipping and tax don't earn.
100 points = $1. Points can be applied at checkout in $1 increments or redeemed for a reward code.
Points never expire. Your lifetime total — what sets your tier — only goes up.
Points earned on a refunded or cancelled order are reversed, and any points you spent on it are returned.
Reward codes are single-use, tied to your account, and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Wholesale and distributor orders don't earn points. We may adjust rates or end the programme with notice.
