These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LOCKED website and your purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

All products sold by LOCKED are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or animal consumption or for any diagnostic or therapeutic use.

LOCKED products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. LOCKED makes no medical, health, therapeutic, weight-loss, performance, or anti-aging claims of any kind.

By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that you will handle, store, and use all products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice. See our Research Use Policy for full details.

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from LOCKED. Products are intended for qualified professional and institutional research settings.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.

Payment is due at the time of order through the methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

Shipping timelines, methods, and handling are described in our Shipping and Returns policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, returns are limited. Please review our Shipping and Returns policy for the circumstances under which returns or replacements may be accepted.

You agree not to purchase, resell, or use any product for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your acquisition and use of the products.

You acknowledge that LOCKED products are potent research chemicals whose properties may not be fully characterized. You assume all risk arising from your acquisition, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products, and you are responsible for evaluating their suitability and safety for your intended research and for using appropriate laboratory controls and protective measures.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LOCKED and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, any use of a product in or on humans or animals, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the LOCKED mark, and documentation, is the property of LOCKED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

Products and content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOCKED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LOCKED is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Research Use Policy, Compliance statement, Privacy Policy, and Shipping and Returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LOCKED regarding the site and your purchases. LOCKED is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
